This Privacy Policy explains how 2Delve AI Editor processes information in connection with https://2delve.cloud.
2Delve AI Editor is an AI-assisted workspace for preparing, reviewing and managing short-form video workflows. This page describes the deployed service as it is currently configured and may be updated when the service changes.
Information we process
Depending on the features enabled for an account or connected workflow, the service may process account and authentication information such as a username, session information, timestamps, IP address and browser or user-agent details.
The workspace may also display and process workflow information such as tasks, task status, editing state, publish or review state, messages, diagnostics and generated artifact metadata. Media or documents are processed only when they are supplied to, or registered by, an enabled workflow.
We do not use this public read-only view to expose passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens or arbitrary server files.
TikTok integration
When a TikTok integration is enabled and authorized, the connected workflow may process the TikTok account identifiers, authorization data, creator information, video metadata, publishing status and API responses needed to provide the enabled integration.
TikTok credentials and tokens are kept in the controlled server-side integration boundary and are not displayed in the public workspace. Publishing may be subject to review or approval requirements and to TikTok's own policies and technical limits.
2Delve AI Editor is not TikTok and is not endorsed by TikTok.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide the creator workspace, display live workflow state, process authorized media and artifacts, operate enabled integrations, diagnose failures, maintain security and prevent abuse.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be transmitted to a third-party service only when needed for an enabled function, such as a connected TikTok integration, hosting and network infrastructure, or a configured AI provider used by a workflow.
Local-only workflows remain local to the extent their configuration and operation provide that boundary. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account and session information, task metadata, uploaded media, generated artifacts, logs and connected-authorization data may be retained for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve issues and meet configured retention requirements. Exact retention can depend on the workflow and storage configuration.
You can sign out at any time. To request deletion of applicable account, workflow, artifact or authorization data, or to request revocation assistance for a connected integration, contact the legal contact configured for 2Delve AI Editor. We do not promise an automated deletion control unless one is provided in the workspace.
Security
The service uses HTTPS, server-side authentication, HttpOnly secure session cookies, restricted access controls and controlled integration credentials. No security measure guarantees that a service will be free of risk, so do not submit information that you are not authorized to process.
Cookies
The application uses strictly necessary authentication session cookies to keep an authorized user signed in. The deployed workspace does not require advertising cookies for its core operation.
Legal basis and international users
Where applicable, processing is carried out as necessary to provide the service, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where consent is required. Local law may provide additional rights; this general description is not legal advice.
Children
The service is not intended for children below the minimum age applicable to use of the service in their location. Do not use the service on behalf of a child without the permissions required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or its processing changes. The revision date shown at the top of this page will be updated when the policy is revised.
